Adele shined on the red carpet at the 2012 Grammy Awards held at The Staples Center in LA this evening (February 12).
She donned a custom black, sequin Giorgio Armani gown. The mult-nom chart queen finished off her look with Harry Winston 12.4 carat diamond micropave ring set in platinum. Gorgeous!!
